"Peace on Earth!"

Good evening! It was about midnight, last night when I heard the news reports about North Korea successfully testing a massive Hydrogen bomb underground and creating a man-made 6.3 earthquake. Seismic activity was felt as far away as Europe! That news shook me!(yes, pun intended) Pres. Trump's response to this earth-shaking event remains to be seen, even now. There remains various options of attempting to deescalate the looming potential of an all out war between North Korea and America, that should be examined for consideration. It seems the most viable options for which there can be a return from the brink, would be to engage Ambassadors and White House Envoys of plenipotentiary powers, coupled with economic sanctions.

These designated officials would hopefully have the experience and good sense to inoffensively orchestrate a deescalation between the hermit nation's rogue leader, Kim Jong Un and Super Power President Donald Trump.

However, under the diplomatic option, it should be warned that this group of officially delegated mouth-pieces, of highly skilled and seasoned veterans in international affairs, precariously clutch the fate of the world in their hands. I hope Trump chooses well!

Then, there is the simple option of international sanctions, which by all accounts this morning seems to have garnered approval by members of the United Nations.

Lastly, there is the most serious and sobering option of various degrees involving the use of military action against Kim Jong Un and North Korea, from which there may not be a return from the brink. This is the time in which a permanent and lasting history will be written.

You and I are living right now, in the interim of Alpha and Omega of the world's history. Reflecting backwards about my time here on earth...I didn't eat enough chocolate!

                                                      "Shalom!" and "Good Night!"

                                                               "Boner Appertite!"

The day after Hiroshima...
