There's a War Brewing in Middle America and It's About to Boil Over!

Good Morning! The news channels have been all abuzz since yesterday, about the fractious passage of the TCA in the House of Representatives.

There is a war brewing in America. It is a civil war over healthcare between the rich and the poor. If our elected leaders fail to recognize this major priority in the lives of their voters, it will be at risk of their political careers. There are multiple examples throughout history, that have seriously demonstrated this fact. What is wrong with these politicians, that they cannot see it?

How do professional politicians think millions of American voters and their families with pre-existing medical conditions will feel about re-electing members of Congress, if they are eliminated from health care insurance, because they cannot afford to eat daily and pay for coverage?

What do the members of Congress, think millions of American voters will remember about them, celebrating their "WIN"? The grieved and over-burdened voters, will not forget the names and faces of their elected politicians standing around laughing and grinning in photos, at the White House popping champagne corks in the rose garden, while they are left to die. How will the images of American voters dying outside the doors of their local hometown clinics and hospitals, subsidized with taxpayer money, appear to the world?

Are the members of Congress short-sighted soldiers, just following orders or are they snakes, in disguise, who spend their day slithering through the halls of Congress consuming smaller creatures they can overpower for their own self-satisfying benefit. One could say, this collection of serpents seem to have convened in a most appropriate place... in the sweet political creche of Pres. Trump's rose garden.

Either way, there's a civil war brewing in middle America, over healthcare for the rich and healthcare for the poor. How long can elected officials governing America, taking bribes from big Pharma and Healthcare Insurance Companies lobbyists to legislate policies, ignore the best interest of taxpaying constituents? Maybe, the answer is...long enough to get voted out of office?
