Congressional Amendment to Presidential Eligibility Needed Now










Presidential Eligibility

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
ARTICLE II, SECTION 1, CLAUSE 5
When a President's erratic and unstable behavior potentially effects the quality of his decision making process, it would behoove Congress to make an amendment to the requirements for Presidential eligibility to include a certified medical/psychological examination and public report of good health mentally/physically before inauguration to the office of President is ratified.
