So much has happened in the course of 1 week inside the historic halls of the White House, the residential home of America's democracy. Our nation has been fraught with riots and hatred among ourselves for our physical, intellectual, ideological and political differences that threaten to divide our country daily. The international terrorism played out in Spain, has effectively accomplished more chaos and pain, the innocents of humanity, have not deserved. Spain was chosen to be a pawn in a maniacal plot that only serves to murder and sow hate. There is no G-dly blessing to be found for the evil perpetrators. Yet, they want to change the world and mold the world to their doctrine and theology, by fear and force, neither of which will succeed. What kind of world do they want or are they merely seeking to end the world?
America has been on the brink of nuclear disaster, dealing with North Korea and its leader Kim Jong Un and has managed to survive without starting WWIII. In times of historic crisis, American citizens and the citizens of the world, look to the offices of established leadership for guidance and comfort. Tonight, as I am writing this perspective, I see no reliable, steady-handed leadership with a competent and sane Commander at the helm of this ship. Who will navigate us through the dangerous narrows of world politics without running our wounded and limping vessel aground? Where do we find the safety of a moored dock to anchor the Mother ship...the U.S.S. America?
